I was thinking the same..but I am a total rookie and I've read Wyandotte's can be tricky.

Thought you guys may like an update. It warms my heart to see how far these babies have come. I couldn't get a few of them to slow down long enough to get a picture

oops I missed that there was a page 2 and 3 for some reason, and was going to say the all-ready known. Wyandottes, mostly roosters.

Its the same roo...he wouldn't let me any of the girls in a photo without him. These are the same two birds..in each picture. I had one hiding in the goat house and the pictures were too dark. "Elmo" (the only one with a name) hides from the camera..because she's covered in fuzz and new feathers. ..they were a little slower to develop and the chick with the abnormal legs is still with me...
I'm currently constructing her a sling..but until then...I carry her from her crate to her big pin the the yard every morning, let her roam around the yard when I get in from work and carry her to her night time crate in the coop at night.
I know eventually I'll probably have to make a hard choice...but for now...she's happy and so am I
