What kind of cochin do I have?

I have a chick that hatched out a few weeks ago and she (I think) is doing quite well. She has mostly black on her body but she has a white chest. I was thinking mottled cochin because she has the black and white, but she has very long feathers developing already and they are solid black and just the chest is white. Anyone know what this could be?

Here is a picture.....
Starting to look to me almost like these are frizzle feathers coming in, but I'm not sure because I have never raised frizzles before so Im not sure what the chicks are supposed to look like.

I don't think it is frizzled. I had drizzle chks, and their feathers were going bonkers at three weeks.

It's probably mottled. It's a bit young still, so all the feathers aren't in yet.
