What kind of disease does my chicken have?!?

So I went outside and my Buff Orpington came right at me and I saw like black spots on her comb. She is already starting to lay eggs but her comb have like black spots. I know it couldn't be frostbite since is summer but I think it is Avian Pox but my mom thinks it is just poop smears over the comb. Here is a picture of it and thank you if you help.

That is probably why. I have 1 RIR he n and 1 Brown Leghorn hen and probably these 2 are large breeds and pick on the nice breed which is my Buff.
