what kind of duck do I have?

Can someone help me ID my ducklings?

I rescued them from a very dirty pet shop, just could not pass them & see them suffer.

If they are black and yellow and black stripes by the eyes, then they are either Mallards or Rouens.

The yellow one in the front is probably a Pekin. The others look like Mallards or Rouens.

There isn't nearly enough black on the bodies for Rouen or Mallard. My best guess is perhaps buffs?

Whatever those babies are, start them with 20% starter crumbles (nonmedicated) and make sure they always have access to water when eating. Be careful giving them water they can get into unsupervised at this age. They don't have oil glands yet and don't have a sense of when to get out of the water.

Waterfowl babies can be messy, but they are so sweet.
