That sounds like you're eating well. Good deal.

My sauerkraut was done fermenting so I transferred it to 3 pint jars and put it in the fridge. Then I made my dill pickles and dill green tomatoes. All is washed up and I'm relaxing now. Next project, go out and pick up pullet eggs.

I don't know if it's the right thing to do but I stuck a paring knife through all the whole green tomatoes so they'd pickle quicker.

Sounds good to me. I think those tomatoes are going to be delicious. Anxious to hear about them.

All I'm going to say is that my undies are getting tighter. Nuff said.

And speaking of eating...

Big zucchini, trying it baked, seasoned with salt and pepper and thyme, a little shredded cheese and a couple of Johnsonville smoked sausages in each half. Baking at 400 degrees for however long. 45 minutes to an hour maybe. Probably more shredded cheese on top towards the end.

I have to punch another new hole in my belt. It's been slow but steady on the size reduction. Still fat. Size 16 jeans, but they are ladys jeans not womens now.

My pipe dream is to be the size I was when I graduated. That would be a modern size 4. I'd be super happy with a 10, though.
Oh yeah...I would love to get back to size 10. Still at a 12 or 14, misses, right now. Have to go shopping to figure out what size exactly so I can get some new clothes. At 5'7", I wouldn't even want to be in a 4. Good luck every one. We can do it!!!
