With the size of the bean (the hook on it's bill) I'd say muscovy or muscovy hybrid. I had one that looked similar to that once, it was a rouen/muscvoy cross.
This could be a muscovy/mallard or muscovy/anything cross. Muscovy are more quiet than other ducks as adults but as ducklings, they can peep away with the best of them.
