What kind of duck is this?

That looks just like my Anconas. They are black and white and have black on their feet and legs.

I also have a duck and i cant seem to figure out what he is. He is black and white, with a green beak, and his feet are spotted. He is small like a runner, but he is not a runner, any thoughts?

Magpie. Correct markings and if hes small, that decreases chances of ancona as ancona are larger than magpies

My Anconas don't have green bills, either. They are yellowish orange.
