Quack is definitely a he. I had thought that he was a girl at first because he was more vocal, but he has his drake feathers and everything. Thanks!![]()
Well Quack is a very handsome fellow, any girls for Quack in the future?

I love the avatar looks so sweet. Most likely, but not right now. We're going through a move and it would be best to wait a few months. He's an indoor duck, a very spoiled one at that, and he always has at least one person home with him, so he is never alone. I wanted to figure out what breed he is because it would be cool to have two of the same breed. If I don't figure it out, I'd have to do more research as to what breed of girlfriend/s I'd get him.I've bought him rubber ducks and he seems to think they're real ducks. He'll lay down on the floor next to them and everything.![]()
If he were to be a white mallard, wouldn't he be able to fly? Even if only for short distances? He does sort of look like a white mallard, but I thought that they were known for flying.. He can sort of "fly" off of the couch, but he can't actually go up if he's on the ground. His "flying" is more like a little jump down with some flapping, lol. I have my dad run with him and he gives him "flying lessons". Quack still is unable to fly, but he sure seems to love the practice.![]()

That made me laugh out loud lol, So cute and I kept expecting you to step in the tub of water any minute, I probably would have.
and your right if while Mallard he's be flying all over the place by now. I guess that breed can be ruled out.![]()

I would definitely rule out white mallard. I have three of them and my drake is not the size of yours. And yes, they do fly. A lot! Plus, the length of the beak of yours is quite long. Longer than a mallards. He's a pic of mine for size reference.
I haven't any idea about the the other breeds, but I'm certain it's not a white mallard. He sure is adorable though!
