What kind of duckling is this?

Yes, the first duckling hatched at about 30 days, another at about 32 days than about two weeks later the other 13 ducklings hatched in about a week and a halfs time. The ducks that sat on the nests were 1 mallard and 1 golden welsh harlequin. The other ducks are 1 male silver welsh harlequin, 3 male mallards, 1 female pekin and what I think is a female blue Swedish. The picture above are my ducks.

Your ducks are beautiful.
Your four hens are: Silver Swedish, Pekin, Welsh Harlequin, and Rouen.
Your four drakes are: Three Rouens and one Welsh Harlequin.
Do you ever have issues with over breeding from the drakes? Four males to four females is not an ideal ratio. There should be at least three hens per drake to prevent potential injury to the females from over mating.

View attachment 1841090 View attachment 1841093 The drake you said is a silver appleyard doesn't really look like the appleyard's I've seen. Their are some better picture of him on next post. Sometimes, but I try to keep an eye on them. We started with 4 drakes and 1 hen.
