What kind of ducks are these?

Can anyone tell what breed these ducks are?

They look like rouens or mallard ducklings. I think they are rouens, though.

Rouens or Mallards, hard to say for sure at this age. Rouens are by far more common if they are from a hatchery though.

I think that they are Rouens. See this description from CityChicker of the differences between Rouen and Mallard ducklings. It looks like they have the double eye stripe (although incomplete on one duckling).

The main distinctions between Mallard and Rouen ducklings are the color and to a lesser extent the size (of course, as they grow, Rouens end up being considerably bigger when full grown). As far as color, Rouens tend to be darker and have two distinct eye-stripes. Mallard ducklings generally have only one eye stripe (this is not always the case though, but does seem to be pretty reliable)

I agree with the others. You will know which breed they are when they are fully grown. A Mallard will only be about 3 pounds and a Rouen is more like 6-7 pounds.

One has the characteristic second eye stripe, which means it's definitely a Rouen. The other most likely is, too, in that case.
