Probably a Cubalaya, though they are kind of rare. If not a Cubalaya, could be a Cubalaya mix/game mix.

Cubalayas are rare, but I have seen Ideal Poultry sell them.

I agree with everyone else--it looks like a pretty Cubalaya hen. Or a Cubalaya mix.
