Hi,
We cut off all the fly eggs that we could and then washed her with a saline solution and then again with a vinegar solution hoping to kill any remaining eggs.
So far it looks like we may have gotten them off in time.
We also picked up some Ivomec pour on and gave her a dose of that alone with adding some V&E to the waterer.
According to my kids that helped spruce her up and she seemed to be doing better.
Just curious: How long does that Ivomec Eprinex take to do its job and how long does it typically take a hen to begin laying again. I have a feeling that would depend on how bad the worm problem was.... but just thought I'd ask.
