What Kind Of Pheasant Is This?

I hatched out some eggs that were supposed to be red goldens but one is very pale colored almost like a washed off cinnamon. Any ideas?

It could still be a red-golden but may have a recessive albino gene which has paled it out. A friend of mine had standard ringnecks one time and when this one hen and his cock got together, every 3rd or 4th egg popped out a melanistic that had blue and red highlights. Keep it and see what happens.

That is a yellow golden pheasant a red golden mutation i dont know if its an inbred mutation or natrually occuring mutation and if you bought them that would explain that maybe the original people just got them mixed up but if there yours then i dont know

I have a neighbor who had an albino that looked like that. Grew up to look just like a red golden bleached out.

Yes that is a yellow that is what the females normally look like with the little yellow by the face and yellow feet.
