what kind of rooster is this?

i got this bird as a free one from a mail order of chicks, can you tell me what he is? He is 12 weeks old and has clean legs.

Easter Egger. Can tell by the tail feathers and tufts around the eyes. Are you sure it is a roo though? I have 4 hens that look very similar but different colors. It looks to be only about 8 - 10 weeks old

i was wrong it is 11 weeks and i dont know if it is a rooster or hen. it does not have hackles yet but my black star roosters do. i just thought it was a rooster because it seems to be more aggresive.
