What kind of rooster is this?

Alright, so I'm posting to find try to find out for my dad. He lives a state away and can't seem to get very good pictures but maybe someone can tell. The rooster should be about 3 months old and my dad says has feathers on his feet and some blue-ish highlights. My mobile device will only let me post one pic at a time so I will post another right after this one. I only have to go off the pics he sent me...
