What kind of rooster?

Any guesses on what kind of rooster this one is? Sorry the pic is not the greatest, but it's the only one I have right now.

He shouldn't be that color if he's a red sex-link. The females are that color while the males are mostly white with a LITTLE bit of gold and red.

Yeah...I saw that pic. Thing is...I think that's a European version of it but that's just a guesstimation. I don't know the breed well enough to say for sure??
