Hello All BYC It's been a while since I've checked in. Our chickens are 8 months old now and I just had to get rid of our rooster. He is a Buff Orp and he liked me but no one else. Haha. No really. Once the hormones started kicking in he decided everyone should be submitted to him. He tried it once with me and decided it wasn't worth the trouble he got in return but I could not get him to stop attacking everyone else including our grandkids so he had to go. Fortunately we found him a nice home and all is well except I miss my rooster so I want to get another and thats where I was hoping to get some advice from the experienced ones here. I am looking for advice on roosters commonly known for their gentle/docile nature and preferably like to be handled or at least don't mind it. Any suggestion?

Rhode island red susex new hmapshire red and plymouth rocks, Delware are not known for being nice I would not belive everything google says half of the things in google are false information.
I am sorry? But then why is the site incorrect? Are they pedophile and they didn't tested the chickens? Or they drank too much?
