What kind of turkey is this??

Trying to figure out what kind of turkey my father in law has. He's had Lewis for about a year now, we are not sure of his age. He was saved from being dinner for someone that had no idea what kind of turkey he is. Any help would be appreciated

Kind of dark but looks like sweetgrass.

You can go to porters website and compare varieties, it's not a sweet grass, more likely a mix of varieties.
