I am lucky enough to be able to say that every day! And I'm just as crazy about him. 32 years and going strong!

That is wonderful. There are too many failed marriages and broken hearts out there. We will be married 7 years this October.

I have a tired doggo too! My dad’s friend took him for the day so he played with his best dog buddy and my dad’s friend’s sons literally the entire day from like 9-10 ish until 8ish he came home and immediately passed out lol we went over there for dinner for a couple hours and they STILL had energy and were tearing around! So needless to say, he’s wiped now and put himself to bed we’re going hiking with another friend’s two dogs tomorrow too so he’s gonna be wiped again! hope he recharges for the morning! Always nice when they have friends to wear themselves out with though

My sickly lil silkie has been escaping the larger fence when roaming the past couple nights. Tonight she came back in at my calling and let me pick her up and snuggle with her...I gave her some treats and she just chatted quietly...sooooo sweet! She's definitely the cutest in the flock!

What makes me happy: Finally replacing an ugly old light fixture.

What makes me unhappy: The reason for the shopping trip is that the cute fluffy bunny killed yet another electric cord

I went out to put my chickens to bed, and they were standing at the end of our driveway visiting with two of my neighbor's ducks! They have never visited before so I was quite amused.
