Took my older friend and her sister shopping today (they can't drive due to pain), then hung out for a few hours petting her cats. The whole thing made me feel so good.

13 years ago today, I married the most awesome man. He puts up with me, I put up with him, and we couldn't be happier. I love him dearly and can't imagine life without him

Found a cute rat snake under my coop earlier. The poor dummy couldn't find his way out. He would stick his nose through every square in the hardware cloth, thinking that he'd fit through one of them

Eventually he slithered out under the bottom of the boards and I was able to hold him some before releasing him

I got the plants in the green house moved outside to begin hardening off before being planted in the garden.

There's also a good chunk of the grocery budget left for later in the week. Maybe a steak for the weekend...?
