So far waking up, I was having a dream about baby chicks running everywhere, I was trying to run and catch them, other older chickens were chasing them and messing up my catch.

I collected 2 eggs today! That means 2 of 9 pullets have begun to lay.

PoC (the neighbour's dog) didn't wake me up this morning. It's raining pretty hard, so it probably went out and went back in as soon as it could without stopping to bark it's dang head off.

Got 10 pints of carrots canned and put up a new shelf for canned goods in the basement
