The sunshine. I SO needed today!

I found a good deal on duroc pork ribs

I got everything on my to do list done, and still had time to sit with the chickens and read.

...and I had home grown dinner: Potatoes, onions, garlic, eggs. I did buy the olive oil and salt.

Meals like that make me smile as I mentally send a toward the store.

Interaction between the pup and a fawn this AM. 30' leash, 13 lb pup standing on back feet dancing and whimpering, the curious fawn getting within 10' feet bobbing it's head then doing the side to side bucking. Doe observing from the wood edge and me from my seat under my shade tree. I stood up fawn trotted off in no big panic to mom. This has occurred a few times with fawns over the yrs.

So far for today, my cup of coffee is doing a pretty good job.

Ugh, I want to watch this so bad! Going to search around for a streaming deal. Plus, husband will be thrilled to watch Patriots games.
