What mix of dog do you think I am??

My guess on mix would be australian shepherd mix of some kind. Yes, there are other breeds that come in merle, but aussies are probably the most common and therefore the most likely to be running around making feral/unwanted pups. The only other "common" breeds that are frequently merle are collies and shelties, and her muzzle is too short and broad for me to suspect either of those breeds. She does look like she could be a catahoula mix, but those generally aren't common outside of the south.

As to her age, she is probably around 3 months old. She's at least 2 months (all of the baby teeth are present and they are all in by 8 weeks), and less than 4 months (at 4 months the first adult teeth, the two middle upper incisors, start coming in).

Hi! No idea what she might be --- but she's so pretty!
Was she the friendliest, or the slowest? Great job getting her off the side of the road.

They were all 3 rather friendly. They stayed about 10ish feet away, would come up and sniff, but dart away if I tried to grab. It took me about 1/2 hour to grab her, carried her to the car and turned around to try for another, and the other 2 were gone. Her and the other merle were the friendliest the yellow wouldn't even sniff me. I am guessing they were dumped or ran off from a farm down the way. They were on a pretty busy street that I travel frequently and haven't seen them again... hopefully they were caught by someone else or went back home. I put up a found ad but nobody has answered. She is a really good pup, doesn't understand what I want her to do when I take her potty and makes a mess in her cage every time she is crated. But already has learned to walk on a leash and the sit command.

I saw a Catahoula just yesterday for the first time - 4 month old pup but she looked to be quite large, like 30 lbs or so, maybe 25. I bet thats what mix you have. Poor baby, she looks so sad...lucky for her you found her. Can you try to make the crate smaller by partitioning it off so she can't use part of it as a toilet and part as a bed? You want it to be all bed no toilet.

Looking at her head, I thought a setter mix with aussie or catahoula leopard dog.
Lab tend to dominate color wise. My sharpei mix has all lab coloring.
So I would think something OTHER than lab as the rest of the mix.
She is cute, and if you decide not to keep her, she is sweet enough to find a good home quickly!

Nice dog. Double coat of fur? Other people know more about dogs than I do, but it sure looked like a lab mix to me. The tail however appears to be too long for a lab? It sure is a nice looking dog. I'd love to have her. My lab is my avatar.

She's around 4 months old, those front teeth are her first few adult teeth growing in. I'd say she's Aussie mixed with something small, maybe beagle and something else. She's super cute and looks sweet!
