It's nice when you see a pic of them... Not the actual animalI had the luck to see two foxes and a bunch of dead chickens...

My DH works in a steel yard where the foxes hang out in the spring. For awhile, he would see family of them with a dead chicken every day. Then, some foxes went missing until there were only 2 pups left fending for themselves. They were so cute, it tugged on his heart strings. He wanted to feed them

That's so sadWe have been lucky to avoid foxes with our chickens. Unfortunately the coyotes have gotten three of the girls. Now they don't get to free range until we can get a better perimeter established. Surrounded by wheat fields so the girls can't see the mongrels approach.

I feel this way about most predators. They're all beautiful in their own animal way but, far far far far far away from my chickensI love them as my spirit animal and from a distance. Far far far far far away from my chickens![]()
