I’ve been collecting all that glassware from Goodwills and Dollar Tree because I’m converting all my African Violets to wick watering.

I ran out of jars the first day, so yesterday I ran out and bought all the ones by the coffee pot. I need to do the rest so I can have my counter back!
Thanks! It goes in waves whether they flourish or all start dying off.Looks like you have a great green thumb! I hope you'll keep us updated on how the violets do with your new system.
You can always start a thread. I can't grow them, or orchids, but I would follow along to see other people's success. Thanks! It goes in waves whether they flourish or all start dying off.
I always wick them when I go on vacation and most of them seem to like that. But that’s with communal water trays, which evaporate and slant and don’t work too well for long term. People on YouTube use these individual reservoirs and seem to have good luck, so I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time.
I will definitely post an update after a while. I wonder if BYC has an African Violet thread.Guess I will search.
I might try that. I only found a handful of threads that didn’t get much responses. You can always start a thread. I can't grow them, or orchids, but I would follow along to see other people's success.
