What new flock member are you looking to add?

Call ducks but I have lots to learn about them, the ones I had years ago flew around too much and sometimes flew away. I might need to look into pinioning or just build a more complete duck yard so they stay out of my creek where the mink are.

Maybe a pair of geese.

I have to expand my coop before I think of more chickens, but I'd like a Crested Cream Legbar and a Salmon Faverolle next. My hubby, who was really neutral on chickens at the start (but now keeps asking when we're getting more ) really wants a Sicilian Buttercup since we were going to get one and ended up with an EE instead.

I just love our EE hen. She lays a pinkish egg. It's slight but when you hold it up to our Buff/Rock hen that lays a light brown egg you can really see the difference.
