Baby chick 4 weeks old. In the coop and run with Momma. Up on his beak behind his nostril it is hard white swollen; looks like a cyst/zit. Opposite side UNDER his beak in the wattle same thing. Looked in mouth, roof of mouth, tongue all normal. Will get pics soon. You can see his skin move in and out by his eye showing nostril breathing is an effort. Chick is alert eating and drinking and running around. What could this be?
