What now?

Due to me opening up my incubator too much I had to help most of my chicks out of their shell because they got dried up and stuck. This little guy made it out yesterday but he has blood and membrane stuck to him and it is all dried up and hard over his back. Should I try to get it off with warm water or just leave it?

Yes, try to get it off with warm water. If that doesn't work, use sex coconut oil. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then pick it off and remove excess oil.
