I just got an egg just like that, I opened it... and it had some tissue in it, like there was the formation of another egg that got into it. But I still think it's tissue, I have seen pictures of eggs inside of eggs. (COPY AND PASTED)

Now THAT is strange! Always had chickens when I was a kid (before sliced bread) , but don't recall any abnormalities other than a double yolk.........

You wouldn't believe what I found today. So I have to deal with a broody and non broody sharing the same laying box. And this un developed chick must have been under her wing when I last checked.
