OMG this sounds amazing!!! Although I must say it kind of creeps me out a little bit that a computer can answer calls and talk for you and everything

And do you like the Pixel better than an iPhone? I have an iPhone now but now I kind of want to switch

I switched from the Iphone 6 to the Pixel 2. At the time, Apple was releasing the Iphone 8. Comparing those 2 phones, the Pixel had far superior camera features. I think Apple has evened that out recently.

The main reason I switched was because Apple finally released an official comment they were purposely slowing down older phones "to help with battery life". I felt like they were purposely doing it to make people upgrade. I have noticed that with an Android phone you can keep an older phone going much longer because Apple releases updates to make older phones not compatible with new app updates. (I have a spare 2015 Android phone that runs everything but Netflix) I dont like buying new phones every 2 years. The only reason I want the 4 is to upgrade the storage from 64 to 128.

BOTH Apple and Google have software glitches, they just behave differently when this happens. Apple freezes until it can get going again and Google just closes the app and you need to re open it.

The biggest downfall with Apple and Google for me is the inability to add additional storage like on the Samsungs. My parents have Samsungs and I dont know what it is about those phones but I dont like them.

Thanks!! This is really helpful. I personally think the iPhone camera is amazing but I’ve never had a Pixel. I have the iPhone 8 Plus. So idk if they made it better or what. I do know it has 2 lenses.

And yes! I hate that they purposely slow it down or make it incompatible. Old apps eventually stop working. Very annoying.

Yeah, my last one would bounce between apps and open and close them which was annoying and could barely do anything but it also got wet haha

And I liked my Galaxy for a while but then it started having all these little things that annoyed me after a while that made me decide to go with Apple for the next one haha

If you have Dropbox already, it would be an easy switch from Apple to Android.

By additional storage I am referring to some phones allow you to add a micro SD card to save pics/video on that instead of bogging down the phone. My parents have some in their Samsungs.

I’m just like paranoid my photos are gonna go missing or not upload properly haha

And I actually don’t have Dropbox installed on this phone. I did temporarily but then I deleted it cause I have another persons pics on here too and I didn’t wanna put all them in my Dropbox and it would take too long to go through by hand. But I might delete their pics and upload mine to Dropbox haha but it also had to be formatted weird like to a lower quality so it could be viewed on other devices which annoyed me. So idk. With the iPhone I have everything in the Cloud. So I have everything split between Dropbox and Cloud. And some random stuff on Google Drive, mostly documents or whatever. But most of my stuff is on Dropbox because I also have photos from my camera on there as well as the phone. I have A LOT of pictures haha

And that was the other thing, when I opened Dropbox on other devices not all of them showed up or at least not right away.

And ahh okay. That makes sense. My Android got full a lot and I had to delete some stuff whereas my iPhone I never have. But I also have 64 as opposed to 32 so maybe that’s why. But still. Androids are formatted differently.
