I’m having a hard time choosing so any opinion is helpful.

Out of the other options I’d probably choose B though.

I like B, with E as second choice.

I think they are the only two that will show up really well, once they are shrunken down to profile-picture size. (I think the others are too busy, or have too little contrast between chicken and background, or have the chicken too small compared to the rest of the image.)

(Of course this is just my personal opinion.)
