That is going to be the California Quail.

Thanks, but looks like a gambel's to me.

Remember, you have a cartoon drawing here, so it could be just about anything with a top knot! LOL Both the Gambels and the California have yellow on the breasts and streaks along the face and mask in the same manner. However Gambels are more grey than they are blue. So if you want to get technical, I still think it is a California and I am sticking to it!! LOL
