Way to cute

Does anyone know what I can do for an 9-10wk old baby bunny that has a severe case of diarrhea and isn't eating or drinking? I hate to lose this boy. Found him in the cage this morning just laying there, very limp and bony. I tried giving him some water thru a syringe to get him hydrated. Anything else I can give him to save him???

Pumpkin puree can help stop the diarrhea. Just make sure it's 100% pure pumpkin and NOT pie filling mix. And just a teaspoon, as too much can actually have the opposite effect. Works for bunnies, goats, dogs and cats, pet rats, and cavies (guinea pigs), as well as in people.

Lynzi hope your little one recovers quickly.

I can't get over how attached I am getting to these rabbits I initially got these 2 does as breeders. DH has made a temp home for them in our family room. (due to triple digit temps outside) They have become so much more tame and friendly. I'm really surprised with the lack of smell. I was concerned the house might smell like a barn. Thankfully, not the case. A couple of months ago, I weighed them and they were a little over 7 lbs. Today I weighed one (they are both about the same size) she is 9.7 lbs!
