Sorry I am not answering questions being asked of me. I am not getting notices of replies. - Worming meds....I would use Fenbendazole before you send the rabbits to their new home.

:) My comments on....

- What to mix w/the three black/white baby rabbit (the non-rex ones, lol) .....Dutch (they grow fast, stay "small" and are traditionally used to "beef up" meat rabbits), Florida White, or Havana. You could also use Mini Satin. Raising them for meat would be a wonderful project. :)

- The brown/white rabbit from the feed store..... You definitely have a Rex or Mini Rex there. I'm leaning towards Rex since Feed store rabbits are usually sold very young. I would wager that "F" was written with marker in the ear by the breeder and it stands for "female". Any rabbit we send to the feed store have "M" or "F" (male/female) in one ear and the date (month/day) in the other ear so their is no mixing things up and the sales people cannot lie about the age of the rabbits. Cute baby! :)

Well thank you we think it's a cutie too well I guess we can name her a girl name lol how big do regular Rexs usually get?

Thanks for all the help y'all!!!

I was told that my first rabbit was a Rex/Satin mix, but I don't think he was that big. It must have been a Mini Rex/Satin.

Rexes get to be 9-10 1/2 pounds. It could be a Mini or full sized though.

Agreed. Could be either one. It's so hard to tell when the rabbit is not right in front of you - it's harder to get a definite frame of reference for size.

My 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 wk old Jersey Wooly kits from four litters.

The bright sunlight washed out the photos a bit so, for anyone wondering, here are their colors in order: Broken Black, Blue, Black, Lilac, Black, Broken Chocolate, Broken Black, Broken Chocolate, Broken Black, Blue

And this is Ember, my Black Jr doe. Proud of this girl. She took BOG this weekend.

Thank you, no I do not show
They are just my babies & for pets Maybe one day I'll get into that when the kids are grown up & either want to show or are old enough where I have the ability to myself.
Awww as we speak I can hear a quail that just hatched!

The tiniest one from this litter I will be keeping -he's even smaller than Little Man(black otter) was @ that age!!

EDIT:: I just saw those adorable woolies!!!!!! oh boy I see yet another rabbit breed I will be adding to the animal family!!!!
