Cute Bunnies! I had an angora but it had fur that tangled and matted so fast, I sold it. I am not up for brushing bunnies twice a day, since I already do that for my pups.
My bunny's babies don't have their eyes open yet, but two were out of the nest box today. Looks like a grey, and a couple brown, mabe a black or 2. Love those Lionheads!

I think you have to be careful with using wood shavings for rabbits. A lot of types (with the exception of aspen shavings) can cause upper respiratory and sinus issues in rabbits. Google it,I believe there's an abundance of information out there concerning this topic.

maybe satin???you could breed her, once she meets your weight standards and conidtions, shes so cute I bed shed throw some wild looking kits like herself

Thank you!!

Our little Champagne d'Argent's were born May 14. These meat rabbits are born coal black and turn silver in a few months. They are pedigree and hope a 4H member will show them in our county fair. This is our "Eve" first litter and she had eight.

bred my doe again yesterday. hopefully it takes this time. of course, i bred her to my mutt buck (some satin, no idea what else), so the babies will all be for eating, but our goal is meat animals and i don't have a sable buck yet, so it sort of works out anyway.
