Wanted to share some last minute pics before my babies go to their new homes (one has already left)

Magpie Buck

Chestnut Buck (I think my friend is taking this one so he won't be too far from home)

Harlie Doe (friend is taking this one)

And the Frosty Doe I'll be holding onto.
i just died a little inside. so beautiful!!!!!!!!!

Yes they are Hollands, and some of their ears are HUGE! LOL Like that Magpie looks like a mini english lop! LOL
The Holland breed standard says that the ear length should be equal to or slightly longer than the jaw line. As happens with all of the breeds that use the dwarfing gene, some Holland babies don't inherit the dwarfing gene, and will grow to well over the maximum showable size of 4 pounds. Ear length is a good indicator; if the ends of a Holland baby's ears hang more than about an inch past his jaw, he's probably a "false dwarf" and will finish up oversized by half a pound or more. They're still cute, though!

Question...I know some of you have mentioned you've had or still have rabbits living with chickens in the coops. I've recently contemplated doing this with my silkie coop since they aren't let out too often to free range and I've expanded their run. Any pros or cons about doing this? Also, if I tried it, would it work best with a doe a buck or does it not matter?? I figured maybe I would try it with my chinchilla buck and see if he likes living out there with them. Any thoughts?!?

There are two schools of thought: yes and no. Lol. I wouldn't put them in a " coop" together. I let mine run in the chicken yard during the day, locked in their own hutch at night. My chickens definitely would peck at the bunnies, but the bunnies could get away because my chicken yard is big enough. I can only speak for my critters : they are compatible when there is plenty of room and they are not locked up in a coop/hutch together. I hope this was a little helpful. Also, remember that rabbits will often try to tunnel out. One of mine tunneled into my neighbor's yard. Fortunately my rabbit didn't go any further and my neighbor didn't have dogs. Also my rabbit didn't trash the neighbor's garden. Phew! Just takes supervision. Others will have more experience than I have. I love watching the chickens and rabbits together in the yard. It's a great show!

Thanks! If I did place a rabbit in this particular coop/run I doubt it would ever figure out how to get up the ramp and into the coop. So it would be down in the grass/run at night. But maybe I'll just try it out like you stated, place it in the run during the day but put it back in it's hutch at night.

That sounds like a good plan. Also be sure it can't tunnel out. Good luck and have fun!
