Cool !what is a REW? How/why does this happen?
What color are the parents? At the moment., it does look like a Ruby-eyed White (REW). The only other possibility would be a Himi/Cali/Pointed White (same color, it's just that the name is different depending on the breed). Himi's start out white, then develop the darker points as they get bigger. By the time a Himi baby is about 3 weeks old, you can typically see a bit of darker color showing up on the nose, ears, and the tail.
Don't suppose you have pedigrees on them. do you?
