I've given them peaches and watermelon, they eat the peach and leave the pits behind and eat the melon and leave most of the rind behind.

Freeze chunks for the chickens too and put out on hot days.

I love it. Can I let them eat it all, rind and all?

I built new hutches for my mini rexes this week, The girls who had been living together were fighting, so they had to be seperated, and the buck couldn't stay inside b/c he can smell the does and he sprays. Now everyone is happy in their new houses! They have a tractor that they each get play time in, but I want to put in permanent play yards so that they get plenty of outside time, next project!







Still have to paint the double hutch, will do that today while they are playing outside. also, the doors on this hutch came out a little wonky, I thought they were square, but apparently not! They do seal nice and tight, so I'm not going to worry about that.

How old? Flip him over and right by the ( I don't know how to explain this) spot were they pee and poo, is ther pink, red or fur? Pink or red means buck, fur=doe. Another way is the spot were they per pull it back is it a circle or is it a split? A circle = buck( depending on age his penis will show) a slit= doe
