What Sex? 10 Week old EE and RR mix

I have a 10 week old, Easter Egger and Rhode Island Red mix. What gender do y’all think this chick is?

My guess would be cockerell. Comb and hackles would be tell tale for me. He's a handsome fella.

Oh gosh, what a pretty bird.

Tough call with the mix, comb SIZE can't really be used... and gender feathers not really showing yet. How long has it been that red?

My current reserved guess it male. Any siblings for growth rate/color comparison?

Feathers are looking pretty tell tell for lice or mites... ever checked before?

He’s a gorgeous cockerel! Easter Eggers are generally easy to tell if they’re male or female, cockerels will have red shoulder feathers usually

yep ditto on boy. I see the small feathers coming out and the tail look like it is almost ready to curl.
