Barred rocks are definitely pullets. EE looks like a roo, but I'd wait a little longer and post again on that one. I had a pullet that looked like yours when it was young and I was sure it was roo - thankfully, it wasn't. I don't have any experience with the other breeds.

I think the barred rocks are girls too. And the polish is for sure a hen. SLW not sure on but I do remember mine getting read very early and she was a hen. I'm going to guess all hens. Your ee looked just like mine and it also got read early in age but is a hen.

it is so hard to wait!! if any are roos and start to crow, we'll have to get rid of them. so I'm hoping they are all hens. I want the EE to be a hen so I can have green eggs

Now i'm beginning to think the GLW is a roo and the SLW is a hen. Anyone else have any views? thanks!

I think that the GLW and the Barred Rocks are pullets. The SLW looks like a cockerel - the boys get mostly white wings and the girls only have the tips of the wings white and the rest of the wing feathers are laced.
My SLW hen had a pink comb from about 3 weeks, but it didn't really get any bigger or redder until right before she started to lay.
The EE is hard to tell. Does s/he have three rows of bumps on the comb or one?
