What sex are these?

Hi I have 3 Indian runner and 4 call ducks, all aged at 7 weeks old. Can anyone tell yet what gender they are? Obviously their tail isn't curled yet but wondering if there's a earlier way to tell. And also what sort of runner and calls they are? Thanks in advance!

I have a few ducks and geese. Some of them are rescues but I'm by no means a duck person. The only ways I can tell are the curled tails (which you mentioned) if they begin to quack or whisper or sometimes one just looks like a drake to me ( but that's not always very reliable). @WVduckchick may be better suited to answer your question.

7 weeks is usually too early for a drake feather, but many females will get their "quack" by then, and its more accurate than the drake feather. Here's a wonderful article with sound clips included.
