Still need to know what streamer are??? I've looked at his pictures over and over and I can't figure out what they are.....sorry!

Streamers are the whispy feathers coming from the backs of the crests of males.

In this pic, the male is the nb to the far right, the other 3 are females. If you look to hte back of his crest, you can see the streamers, where the females don't have them.
