How old is it? Could you try to get a picture of it standing? I would say it's a cockerel based on the size and redness of the comb and wattles.

Cockerel. Comb/wattle growth and redness combined with young age. Also the solid gold feathers coming in on the upper wing and back are a male specific trait.

He’s about 10 weeks old

He is a nice looking cockerel. Lacing is pretty poor. But his shape and comb are very nice.
