Thanks Stephanie, I think it is a girl too. I have never had this breed before though. So I just don't know.

I wanna say hen based on comb/ wattles but I think I see saddle feathers comming in

If it's really four months, it's probably a hen. Truthfully, it looks like a younger rooster to me. Maybe post again in a month or so.
