What should I do about my bloated goat?

Lack of hair is usually lice or fungus, or both. My guess is he has lice and has rubbed the hair off scratching. Go get some louse powder and pour it down his back. Treat all the other goats too. Lice are hard to see, by the way.

Where can I get that powder?

Internal parasites can cause them to chew/rub off hair also. Deworming should be done.

Any livestock supply or feed store should have it. It might not hurt to have a fecal done just because, but personally I have never had a wormy goat chew off hair. If they did it was because they also had lice.

So I should deworm them, put that lice powder on them, and give them the enterotoxemia shot. Would they become overdosed if I'd give it all to them at the same time? Or should I give them one treatment a day?

When my goats got bloated i would give them 80 mg of simethicone also known locally here as airx it’s made for humans but it’s works fine on goats and dogs and it always gave them immediate relief and they would be back to normal in the morning.
I’m sure you can get it at any local pharmacy for people! it’s also not very costly! A way i would get them to take it is to stuff it into their fave treat in a small amount!
