No returns, you can offer a refund of the ones that remain in your possession, but the rest is done. Cash that check, quick! Make sure it's non-revocable funds as soon as you are able.

I would not give a refund after she picked up the birds. If you do, I would make SURE the check has gone through before you cash it. I would take it to her bank and cash it if it is not too far out of your way. I have heard of people giving refunds, and then the check they were giving a refund on ends up being no good. Be careful.

Since you know others who want them, let her know how quickly she can sell them, a be done. If she doesn't come get the others...tough, her loss. I wouldn't refund a single penny. She gave her word, and the cash, she ought to be good for it now. Whatever happened to holding folks accountable for their word? I DEFINATELY WOULD IN THIS CASE!
