I'm so sorry!

For now, I recommend visiting her as much as possible. We have a chicken who was sick with lash egg a month ago and she has huge separation issues. She would cluck loudly until I came, and then she hopped on my lap and just cooed there for an hour. From what you told me, you have a nice bond with your hen, and she might do the same. She'll feel a lot better.

Stuffed animals and mirrors do help, but you must somehow show to your parents that if you don't get another hen, she will suffer. May I ask why your parent do not want to buy more hens?

Also, giving her watermelon rinds and other healthy treats help to beat boredom.

Idk I'm thinking because how dirty and smelly the eggs are when they lay them and when they scream and poop a lot I think that's why :/

But they had bought you 3 to begin with right? So I wonder why they won't let you have replacements.
Just remember they might have reasons that they haven't told you, but whatever their reasons you do have to listen to them. Sorry :/
I think if it comes to it, that they really won't give in to letting you have another, than you are going to probably have to give her away. Even though it is sad for you, it will be best for your chick. I'm sorry you are having to go through this. I remember when I was a kid and my mom gave our cat away, we didn't understand and were upset and mad for a long time, so I understand how sad this is for you. Meanwhile, keep taking good care of her and enjoy her as much as you can.

i know you don't want to hear this, but did you keep up your end with the chicken chores? You talk about messy, stinky as some of parent's issues. Did they have to do the cleaning or just put up with the messy, stinky part? This may be the issue, your parents may not want the responsibility of caring for your hens. If so, I would try to be more responsible about the chores, show them you will do all the chicken chores in a timely manner, without having to be asked. This may help change their minds. But you must continue to keep up your end, so they can see you are mature enough to keep live animals. Not trying to be harsh, but if this is part of the problem, maybe you can fix it and get to keep hens. Good luck to you, focus on what you can do to show them you are responisible enough to care for the animals you ask for. Also helping Mom or Dad with their chores (without having to be asked) might help if buying feed is part of the issue.
