I’ve been doing some quick research and it seems your fish does in fact have dropsy. I’m not sure if you’ve read through the other articles in the thread about how to treat it, but if you haven’t I’ll sum it up for you:
1. Add salt to the water. 1 teaspoon of table salt per gallon.
2. Give good quality food.
3. Treat with antibiotics in the food or water.

Dropsy is caused by the fish having an underlying medical condition, so I would expect the fish to have dropsy again in the near future.
