I agree mostly about the lumber from the big box stores delivery. We are lucky enough to have a local hardware store and local lumber company that does deliver quality lumber for construction to us if they know you and know you have ordered from them several times and or are looking at your product and pay your bill timely. That makes a difference. We are always home when they make a delivery and pay them then and there and they always bring us quality lumber pieces and even more pieces than we order usually as a bonus sometimes without charging us. I will have him read your post later when he has some time and give his opinion he is working right now but you already have two great opinions to get started with. Good luck to you.
