What should i do to get eggs?

My pullets came new in 18 weeks
I dont know what to do to get eggs
Please guide me
these are their photoes
i guess they are a bit skinny:jumpy
i give them poultry food two meals a day:yesss:
they have time to have fun in garden
so please tell me whats their diet or nest should like to be

Are you sure this second one is a pullet? Looks male like to me.

How much feed do you give them each time you feed them?

My girls didn't start laying until they were 5-6 months. I would say what the others did...wait. Make sure that they have plenty of light! Beautiful chickens though. I hope they start laying for you soon!

I dont know.in a few last threats i ask from this site and they answer they are both pullets.maybe he is not.but he isnt make cockerels noise still.and he pluck another one feathers.so , i guess he is pullet too.how can i be sure from his gender?
I try to leave enough food for them.but when they get hungry and make noise i give them some another food.
 
Should be giving 1/4 lb. feed per bird per day, poultry grit, and oyster shell free choice then just wait. You can put false eggs in the nest boxes that will train them to use them. The age they lay depends on breed type and physical maturity. Also need to get to breed weight. Good Luck!
